To our trusted carriers, we offer cooperation based on long-term contracts. We expect our business partners to strive to perform entrusted orders in a professional manner and maintain exemplary representation of our company during the comprehensive implementation of transport services at every stage. Our partners’ drivers and trucks are the showcase of the Polfrost brand. In order to ensure reliable execution of instructions, we arrange cyclical trainings for Carriers regarding operational requirements specified by our clients and quality procedures.
We provide permanent work for drivers of vehicles with refrigerated trailers and tarpaulins in Poland – EU and Poland – CIS.
General conditions for permanent cooperation in vehicle management:
- curtain tarpaulin – for comprehensive management in a three-week (optimal) or two-week cycle,
- contact with the driver remains with us, we need GPS access for our forwarder, the means of communication with the driver (by SMS or by phone) is agreed individually,
- directions: IT, CZ, SK, DE, BENELUX, HU, ES, Austria, possibly close to France (codes at BE or DE),
- possible cabotage in Germany,
- carrier’s OCP policy for min. 200,000 euros,
- type of transported goods: neutral or ADR chemicals, windows, ceramic tiles, fans, pellets, steel structures, fresh and frozen food, pharmaceuticals, household appliances,
- payment terms to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. There is a possibility of a discount,
- invoices should be issued in accordance with the transport order data,
- rates set individually with carriers depending on the vehicle’s work cycle and directions,
- we have refrigerated semi-trailers available for rent.
